Cancellations will be accepted until May 25th, 2016.

The full amount will be refunded less 100 CHF to cover cancellation costs (excl VAT).

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or airmail to the congress secretariat. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress.

Name badges are required for all conference sessions, including the exhibit hall.
No smoking is permitted in the congess center.
Cell phones must be turned off in oral sessions.
No photography or recording is allowed in oral sessions or in the Poster-Exhibit Hall.
